Three months ago I was invited to be part of the Fit3 trial program. Posting these pictures is a very hard thing for me to do, but I'm sharing the truth. I have been a yoyo dieter my whole life and had gotten to the highest weight I've ever been before I started the program. In 90 days I have lost 16 pounds and 11.5 inches. It has been the easiest, healthiest, most successful program I've ever tried, and I have tried almost everything. This program is amazing and my results are real. I can't wait to see what happens in the next 90 days and then 90 after that.
Fit3 is finally here and I am excited about the results the trial participants have seen. I've been doing the program for 90 days and here is the truth of it! The sagging skin from having 6 kids (one was a 9 pound baby) is almost completely gone. I've left behind 10-13 pounds and 8.5 inches, and I can now do "real" push-ups (I'm so proud), all in 90 days.
